OIZDINAIKE NO. 1 AS AMENDED BY OXDITJAEJCZS NO. 3, 5 Alii 6 SO AS TO CHANGE THE
TIME OF REWLAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MJNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT.
I BE IT ORDAIIED by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad bicipal Water District that Section One of Ordfnance No. 1, as amended by Ordinance No. 3, 5 and 6 be mended to read as follows:
SECTION 1. The meetings of the Carlsbad Municipal Water Est
shall be held within the boundary of the territory over which said District
exercises jurisdiction. Regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be
held without notice on the second Tuesday of each month at the hour of 1:OO
o'clock P.M. at 601 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, San Diego County, California.
ORDERED, ADOPTED, AWI) fiPPROVED by the Board of Directors of
Carlsbad Municipal Mater District at a regular meeting held at 3:OO o'clock
P.M. October l.4, 1958, at 601 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, San Diego County,
California, by the following roll call vote, to wit:
APES: Directors: Ewald, Kelly, Greek, Carnohan.
NOES: Directors: None.
ABSENT: Directors: Fry.
