AN ORDINANCE OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AMENDING SECTION
ONE OF ORDINANCE NO. 1 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCES NO. 3, 5, 6, 11, 13 AND I!
SO AS TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
I BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal
Water District that Section One of Ordinance No. 1, as amended by Ordinanc
No. 3, 5, 6, 11, 13, and 15 be amended to read as follows:
Section 1. The meetings of the Carlsbad Municipal Water Distric
shall be held within the boundary of the territory over which said Distric
exercises jurisdiction. Regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall
be held without notice on the third Tuesday of each month at the hour of
2:OO o'clock P.M. at 2698 State Street, Carlsbad, §an Diego County, Califc
ORDERED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the Board of Directors of
Carlsbad Municipal Water District at an adjourned regular meeting held at
2:OO o'clock P.M., November 24, 1959, at 2698 State Street, Carlsbad, San
Diego County, California, by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: DIRECTORS: KELLY, CARNOHAN, GREEK, COE, MAERKI
NOES: DIRECTORS: NONE
ABSENT: DIRECTORS, NONE
