ORDINANCE NO. 19 ,. 6. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CAR.LSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTMCT ESTABI ING HOLIDAYS FOR. THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal vli
District as follows;
1. The holidays of the CARLSBAD.MUNICPAL WATER DISTRICT :
a. Every Saturday
b. Every Sunday
c. January 1st
d. February 12th, known as Lincoln Day"
e. February 22nd
f. May 30th
g. July 4th

i. September 9th, known as Admission Day"
j. October 12th

k. November llth, known as "Veterans Day"
1. December 25tn
m. Good Friday from 12 noon until 3 p. m.
n. Every day on which an election is held throughout the State.
0. Every day appointed by the President or Governor for a
public fast, tnanksgiving, or holiday.
2. If January kt, February 12th, February 22nd, May 30th, July 4
September 9th October 12th, November llth, or December 25th falls upon a
Sunday, the Monday following is a noliday. @ 3. The office of the district for transaction of business shall be clo
on each holiday above set forth.
