AN ORDINANCE OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRECT TO
DISSOLVE IMPROVEMENT DTSTRICT NO. v"?
l: WHEREAS, Carlsbad Municipal Water District, hereinafter
called "District", is organized under the Municipal Water
District Law of 1911; and
WHEREAS, said Municipal Water District Law provides methc
by which the District may form and dissolve Tmprovement Distric
and
WHEREAS, District has previously, by Resolution, establi: its intention to dissolve Improvement District No. U-7, and ha7
set this time, date and place as the time for hearing thereon;
WHEREAS, said Resolution has been published and posted a: required by law; and
0 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Wai
District deems it e.xpedient, proper and necessary to dissolve :
Improvement District No. U-7;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the exkerior boundaries of the Improvement Disti
No. U-7 are set forth on a Map on file with the Secretary of tl
District. I 2. Improvement District No. U-7 is hereby declared to bc
dissolved.
3. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon id
adoption by the Board of Directors.
