AN ORDINANCE OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AMENDING SECTION
ONE OF ORDIN-UCE NO. 1 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCES NO. 3, 5, 6, 11 , 15 , 17,
18 AND 20 TO CHANGE THE TIME 9F ICEGTX,AR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTOE
OF CARLSBAD MLTNILCI3AL WATER DISTRICT.
I BE IT ODAINED by the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT that Section One of Ordinance No. 1, as amended by
Ordinances 3, 5, 6, 11, 15, 17, 18 and 20 be amended to read as follows:
Section 1. The meetings of the CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
shall be held within the boundary of the territory over which said
District exercises jurisdiction. Regular meetings of the Board of Direc
shall be held without notice on the first and third Wednesday of each
month at the hour of 2:OO o'clock P.M., at 5780 El Camino Real, Carlsbad
San Diego County, California.
ORDERED, ADOPTED AND @PROVED by the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT at an adjourned regular meeting, said regular
meeting having commenced at 2:OO o'clock P.M. on April 4, 1967, at
5780 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, San Diego County, California, and adjourn1
to 2:OO o'clock P.M., on April 5, 1967, at 5780 El Camino Real, Carlsbad
San Diego County, California, by the following roll call vote, to wit:
