SECTION 1. SECTION 2. It is unlawful for any person to connect to o the District's water system without first obtaining a meter permit.
SECTION 3. Every water meter permit issued pursuant to Se
1. shall be returned if the building permit for the structu which the connection is being made or the move-on permit fc mobile home to be connected, expires by limitation or othe becomes null and void. If a permit has expired, then befor connection for such structure or mobile home can be made

SECTION 4. Permits for the connection of an existing stru to the water system may be issued by the General Manager a time upon proper application. Every water meter permit i pursuant to this subsection shall expire by limitatioj become null and void if work on the connection authorizl such permit is not completed within one hundred eighty days the date of issuance of such permit.
SECTION 5. The Carlsbad Municipal Water District finds
this Ordinance and actions taken hereafter pursuant to
Ordinance are exempt from the California Environmental Qc Act as specific actions necessary to prevent or mitiga.
