We hereby declare that the public water system which includes pipe-
lines, valves 9 and appurtenances constructed in :
2500 NAVARRA
under Private Contract No. ____ and agreement date~ March 27, 1973
in accordance with the olans filed wit~ the Carlsbad ~unicipal
Water District are built for public use an~ that uo~n their accept-
ance by the said District, all ri~ht, title and interest of the
undersigned in and to said facilities shall vest in said District.
Ne further certify that any and all claims for labor, material,
or any other construction costs have been cleared so that there
are no encumbrances. The total cost of pipeline construction
amounted · to $~6,D91.50
