INDEMNITY AGREEMENT J ,230 /97/
The undersigned, in consideration of the deletion of the
brow ditch along the Northerly side of Carlsbad Manor Unit
No. 1, between Alder Street and Park Drive, shown on the
approved grading plan, revision No. 1, dated ,,L/~ -.<; L I
does hereby agree to hold the City of Carlsbad harmless and
indemnify the City from any claim or demand which may be
made against the City in the future for damages caused by
deletion of said brow ditch. The undersigned will be solely
responsible for the defense of any such claims and shall be
solely responsible for the payment of any attorney's fees
and other costs related thereto.
