The proposed
water main will be installed across the CITY owned park site in
said Zone 19, an easement will be required from the CITY.
Obtaining this easement will allow the DISTRICT to bring additional
potable water to the reservoir site. This will also allow the
conversion of one of the reservoir tanks from potable water to
reclaimed water, in order to provide reclaimed water storage for
the south section of the DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, CITY, as a condition of approval of the easement, has

requested two requirements and the execution of this agreement, and
DISTRICT agrees with the requirements and execution of this
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the
mutual covenants contained herein, CITY and DISTRICT agree as to
