This report proposes the 2020 Arts Commission meeting schedule and requests that the Commissioners
approve the dates.
Discussion
Here are the proposed dates for Arts Commission meetings on the first Thursday of each month in 2020:
• January 2
• February 6
• March 5
• April 2
• May 7
• June 4
• July 2
• August 6
• September 3
• October 1
• November 5
• December 3
Fiscal Analysis
No additional city funding is being requested at this time.
Next Steps
Arts Commissioners are encouraged to share these meeting dates with their personal and professional
networks, as well as with local organizations and the community.
