Consideration of a resolution accepting the City Councl.3 ‘S allocati
of funds for Redevelopment Agency Operation - Fiscal Year 1977-78 ; During the City’s annual budget ad.option process, the City Council approved the attached Agency Administrative Fund Budget Request.
It is now appropriate for the agency to accept the approved budget a loan basis in accordance with the terms and conditions of the ad[
agreement establishing City-Agency relationships. (Cout-~ci’l Reso’lut 3957; Agency Resolution 2).
In addition the agency should direct that said funds be-transferred from the Planning Department’s Operational Budget to the Agency Administrative Fund. This action is necessary to ensure fund integ for future audit purposes in the event that State Act Redevelopment chosen a vehicle to brlng ab4u.t revitalization of the Village Area.

REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ANNUAL ACTIVITY REPORT
Section 33080 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of' Cal requires that every redevelopment agency submit an annual repol its activity to the State Department of Housing and Community I
on the first day of October of each year.
Attached hereto is a copy of the Carlsbad Redevelopment Agency' activity report which was approved for transmittal at the Agenc
regular meeting of September 20, 1977. The report is rather bl to the limited activity of the Agency since its formation, :,but
accurately represent the past fiscal year's undertakings.
