The attached flier outlines the content of a 'redevelopment seminal be held in Anaheim on December 1 and 2 under the sponsorship of tl University of California. A similar seminar was held last year w' one council member in attendance.
Since last year's seminar the State Legislature has extensively rt the Community Redevelopment Law in areas relating to housing and financing. In light of these revisions this seminar could prove 1 very valuable and informative.

The process of redevelopment has been greatly revised for California agen
with the extensive changes enacted by the California Legislature, effecti
as of January 1, 1977. The redevelopment process now is more complex, mc

pal Finance, San Francisco, has had extensive experience in local government and in the redevelopment process, including its financing. He has served as city manager for three California cities and currently is consultant on
redevelopment projects in the cities of Garden Grove, Fullerton, Montebello, Walnut Creek, Santa Cruz, Lynwood, and others.
The Sheraton-Anaheim Hotel is located near Disneyland. Traveling south on the Santa Ana Freeway, the Ball Road offramp leads directly to the hotel. Driving north, take the Harbor Blvd. offramp, turn right or north on Harbor, four miles to Ball Road, turn left or west to hotel.
