Subject: 2019 meeting schedule adjustment
Recommended Action:
Accept proposed schedule adjustments.
Executive Summary:
With multiple Boards, Commissions, and Committees scheduling thie City Council Chamber for meetings
in 2019, there are two potential conflicts wit h holidays in Septemb1er and November. The Historic
Preservation Commission and the Traffic Safety Commission would both traditionally schedule their
meetings on the same day for those months, Sept. 9 and Nov. 4. To accommodate both Commissions on
the same night, the proposal is for the Traffic Safety Commission to begin their meeting early and the
Historic Preservation Commission to begin their meeting late, at 6:00 p.m., for both dates.
