Confirm meeting locations and times for the remaining two meetings of 2019
Executive Summary:
In January 2019, the Historic Preservation Commission began holding their meetings in Council
Chamber. At the November 2018 meeting, they moved to discuss the location change from Cole Library
to Council Chamber after trying it for several months.
The regular September 2019 meeting is currently scheduled to be held at 5:00 on September 9. There is
a request from the Traffic Safety Commission to adjust the Historic Preservation Commission meeting
time to 6:00 so their meeting can be held at 4:00 in Council Chamber. Alternately, the meeting could be
held at 5:00 in the Cole Community Room.
The regular November 2019 meeting date conflicts with the Veterans’ Day Holiday on November 11. The
Commission chose to reschedule the meeting to November 4. The Traffic Safety Commission has
requested that the Historic Preservation Commission meet at 6:00 so the Traffic Safety Commission can
meet at 4:00 in Council Chamber. Alternately, the meeting could be held at 5:00 in the Cole Community
Room.
