The recent mer5er of the Carlsbad Xousing Authority and Redevelopment
Agency into the Carlsbad Housing and Redevelopment Commission makes
it necessary for the Commission to adopt by-laws governing items
such as membership, neeting tines and places, voting methods, etc.
The attached by-laws are modeled after those in existence prior to
the above noted reorcanization, they provide among other standard
month at 6:OO P.M.
items that regular meetings will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of each

applicable to the new organization..
