BACKGROUND:
On OctoGr 16, 1979, Council adopted resolution approving an agreement
which sets forth the basic framework within which the City will
between itself and the Carlsbad Housing and Redevelopment Conmission
provide services to the Commission and the Commission will remunerate
the City for such services.
It is now requested that the Commission take action approving the
agreement attached hereto. The agreement is essentially the same as that in existence prior to reorganization.
