Staff recommends acceptance of construction of Roosevelt Street Parking Lot, Contract No. U/M-11, as complete and requests the City Clerk be directed to have the Notice of Completion recorded and to release the bonds 35 days after recordation.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On February 18, 1986, the City Council.awarded a contract
for the construction of Roosevelt Street Parking Lot to
Palomar Grading & Paving, Inc., in the amount of $45,237.50.
The desired work was accomplished for $42,918.14, a savings of $2,318.86. The project has been completed and is acceptable to the Utilities & Maintenance Director, and Redevelopment Manager.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Sufficient funds are available in Account No. 810-820-3410-3194.

was the Contractor, and Fairmont Insurance Company
was the Surety, was completed.
