NO. 156 LANDRETH CONSTRUCTION, INC. October 30, 1939 City of Carlsbad Director of Redevelopment Mr. Chris Salomonc 2965 Roosevelt Carlsbad, CA 92008 Subject: 715 & 725 Arbuckle Place. Dear Chris: This letter is intended as a formal request for city consideration to extend my Redevelopment Approval (#T-22), for development of properties located at 715/725 Arbuckle Place. As previously conveyed to you, we have met with numerous Utility and General Civil Engineering revisions. Negotiations associated with these changes have led to delays in the project. Concurrently, we are requesting temporary relocation of our offices to the existing home at 725 Arbuckle. I have enclosed a proposed site plan for your reference, to include parking and landscaping adjustments for the duration of the extension. Should you wish to discuss this matter further, or require additional documentation, please contact me at your convenience. I appreciate greatly the time and effort put forth on my project to date.
