RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the Housing and Redevelopment Commission by motion, authorize a closed session to
discuss the acquisition or potential acquisition of real property located on the southeast corner
of Grand Avenue and Roosevelt Street; and generally identified as:
645 Grand Avenue
Lots 15 and 16, Block 38
Town of Carlsbad amended
Map 775
APN 203-304-01
Approximately 3,500 square feet
