RECOMMENDED ACTION:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss the lease of real property and
instruct its negotiators (Community Development Director Sandra Holder, Housing and
Redevelopment Director Debbie Fountain and Economic Development and Property Manager
Cynthia Haas) regarding both price and terms of payment pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.8.
