RECOMMENDED ACTION:
I move that the Housing and Redevelopment Commission hold a closed session pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.8 to instruct its negotiators (John Coates, Assistant City
Manager and Debbie Fountain, Housing and Neighborhood Services Director) regarding
purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real property located and generally identified as:
Property Owner: Bridge Housing
APN: 215-050-73-00; 14.15 acre parcel (vacant)
Negotiator: Brad Wiblan, for Bridge Housing
If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an agent or
designee may participate in place of the absent representative so long as the name of the agent
or designee is announced at an open session held prior to the closed session.
