That the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water Dist
by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigati
as follows:
I move that the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipa
Water District hold a closed session to discuss Carlsbad
Municipal Water District v. Community Resources Corporation
San Diego County Superior Court Case No. N30116 pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
