Adopt Resolution No. 685 quitclaiming an offer of dedication for a waterline easement over a portion of Lot 3, Parcel Map No. 15187, CMWD 85-C-150.
ITEM EXPLANATION
This item is a request by the owner of Lot 3, Parcel Map No. 15187, to quitclaim an offer of dedication for a waterline easement-no longer required.
The Engineering staff has reviewed the request and concurs with the owners contention. The easement will no longer be necessary as-'it no longer contains water system facilities. The waterline has been removed, and the easement is no longer required.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPROVING QUITCLAIM FOR AN OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR A WATERLINE EASEMENT TO PAY 'LESS DRUG STORES NORTHWEST, INC. ACROSS A PORTION OF LOT PARCEL 15187 --
WHEREAS, Pay Less Drugs Stores Northwest, Inc. have
submitted a request for quitclaim of an offer of dedicatioln for a
waterline easement over a portion of Lot 3, Parcel Map No. 1.5X8?;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carl&ad Municipal!.
Water District has determined it to be in the public interest: to
quitclaim said offer of dedication:
NOW, THEKEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying the, offer of
dedication for an easement for waterline purposes to Pay Les:;
Drug Stores Northwest, Inc., which is on file with the Secretary j of the Board of Directors and is incorporated by this reference;
