ITEM EXPLANATION: Spyglass Pointe 72 Homeowners Association has granted three water line easements for common areas of the subject development as directed in the attached documents. The easements are granted to the District for maintenance and operation of the water service to the project. The subject easements are located on the east side of Altiva Place north of Alicante Road. Engineering Staff has reviewed the three (3) Grant Deeds and find them satisfactory for their intended purposes. FISCAL IMPACT Requiring dedications as a condition of water system improvements will save the District expenses in future easement acquisitions. EXHIBITS 1. Location Maps. 2. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the three Grant Deeds from Spyglass Pointe 72 Homeowners Association dated November 28, 1990, over a portion of of the common areas of Lots 1, 2 & 4, Spyglass Pointe, Carlsbad Tract 84-10, CMWD Project No. 83-108.8 which is on file with the Carlsbad Municipal Water District and is incorporated by reference, is accepted. 3.
