RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. Wf approving grant of a quitclaim deed to Axiom Airport Partners for Lot 6, Cosmos Court.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Axiom Airport Partners, developers of the subject project, have requested a quitclaim deed for two portions of a water line easement no longer needed by the District known as easements F and FB, a being portions of an existing easement recorded October 25, 1982, as file no. 82-327844, as shown on Exhibits @'A1' and @lBrl of the attached guitclaim deed. The waterline and fire hydrant were relocated and exist within a new easement granted to the District for operating and maintaining the water system. Exhibits 1 and 2 show the location and legal description of the quitclaim deed.
Engineering staff has reviewed the quitclaim deed and found the document satisfactory for its intended purpose.

AND FB, BEING PORTIONS OF EXISTING EASEMENT, GRANTED FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES FOR COSMOS COURT. LOT 6, CMWD PROJECT NO. 90-C-350
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad
Municipal Water District that approval and acceptance is given for
execution and recording of grant of a quitclaim deed to hereby
remiss, release and forever quitclaim to Axiom Airport Partners, a
California Limited Partnership, easements F and FB, being portions
of an existing easement recorded October 25, 1982, as file no. 82-
327844 shown on Exhibits "Al@ and llBl* attached thereto and made a
. part thereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Carlsbad
Municipal Water District held on the 24th day of March I
19 92 , by the following vote to wit:
