ITEM EXPLANATION:
This agenda item is to create an opportunity to present the two new Commissioners, Leo Louis and Mary Melideo, to the Commission and to
welcome them aboard.
At the time of this writing the two new members are scheduled to
receive a short orientation program with staff to provide them with some background on the District and to visit some of our facilities.
