Selection of Temporary Chairperson

3ECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends the Commissioners present discuss and select a
temporary chairperson to preside during this meeting.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
At a previous Commission meeting the Commission selected Roger Greer
as Chairperson and Kim Welshons as Vice-chairperson.
Due to Chairperson Greer's illness and the fact that Vice-chairperson
Welshons is no longer a Commissioner, staff recommends selection of
a temporary chairperson to conduct the business required during this
meeting including the portion of the continued meeting recognizing
former Commissioners and Board members Bonas and Woodward.
