No action required. Due to emergency nature the Board was requested to approve
staff action. This is a Commission informational item only.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
This item came up as an emergency action to install a reclaimed water line in
Palomar Airport Road near the proposed Price Club. The attached agenda bill to
the Board further explains the action and the approval requested from the Board.
