ITEM EXPLANATION:
Several months ago the District contracted with John Powell and Associates to perform the design
for lining and covering of the open Maerkle Reservoir. The consultant's initial charge was to
prepare a 10% design report before continuing with the more formal design.
The consultant will be at the meeting to make a presentation on the recommendations made in the
10% Design Report which is now complete. The attached is copy of the report that will be
presented and reviewed at the meeting.
