RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the Board of Directors, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss the acquisition (
potential acquisition of real property owned by Sammis-Carlsbad Associates located between Avenic
Encinas and 1-5 South of the Encina Wastewater Treatment Facility for a site for the reclaimed wati
treatment facility.
I move that the Board of Directors hold a closed session
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.
