RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. q 5 2 to accept improvements, authorize the Secretary to
record the Notice of Completion and release bonds in accordance with State Law and
District Codes constructed at 1965 Kellogg Avenue in the City of Carlsbad, California.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The developer has constructed improvements required of this project and has requested
Carlsbad Municipal Water District (CMWD) to accept the public improvements. City forces
have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. Staff
recommends formal acceptance by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water
District.
The public improvements constructed consist of installation of a fire hydrant and fire line
service.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Carlsbad Municipal Water District will be required to maintain the public improvements.

RESOLUTION NO. 952
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS OF KNORR’S BEESWAX - PD 428 CMWD 93-C.414.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of a fire hydrant and fire
line service located at 1965 Kellogg Avenue in the City of Carlsbad, California, have been
successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad ’
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements is deemed
complete and hereby.accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the Notice of Completion
and release the bonds for said project in accordance with State Law and District Codes.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad, California, is
hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said I
project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Cadsbad Municipal Water District held on the 23rd day of JULY I 1996 by the
following vote, to wit:
