MGR.g CITY Adopt Resolution No. 999 for quitclaim of a water pipeline easement for Aviara Planning Area 30, Unit 3, Carlsbad Tract 90-30-3, CMWD Project No. 93-505, granted to the Carlsbad Municipal Water District for water pipeline purposes, located on the south west side of Melodia Terrace. ITEM EXPLANATION: This item is a request of the Richmond American Homes of California, owners of the development, to quitclaim an easement for water pipeline purposes no longer necessary. The Engineering staff has reviewed the request and concurs with the owner’s contention that the easement will no longer be necessary, because it will not contain a water pipeline. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying a water pipeline easement over a portion of Aviara Planning Area 30, Unit 3, Carlsbad Tract 90-30-3, CMWD Project No. 93-505, which is on file with the Secretary and is incorporated by this reference; is approved.
