RECOMMENDED ACTION:
This is an informational item only and there is no staff recommendation.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
A Conference Committee on SB 1885, dealing with the Metropolitan Water District governance
issue, requested the California Research Bureau prepare a report identifying options for
resolving this issue.
CMWD staff will be making a presentation to update the Board on this issue and the report.
