RECOMMENDED ACTION:
This is an informational item and there is no recommendation at this time.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The San Diego County Water Authority recently addressed issues concerning the rate structure study
presently underway; the potential ‘choice’ of member agencies to opt out of future capital projects; and a proposed water transfer request by the City of San Diego, Western Water and Metropolitan
Water District.
Staff will be giving a presentation that provides some details regarding these issues.
