That the Board of Directors, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss the initiation of
litigation as follows:
I move that the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water
District hold a closed session to discuss existing litigation regarding
Carlsbad Municipal Water District V. Crown Castle Company LLC,
and New Cingular Wireless Services, Inc., FKA AT&T Wireless
Services, Inc., Case No. 05 CV 0900, pursuant to Government Code
section 54956.9(a).
