I move that the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District hold a
closed session to discuss the lease of real property and instruct its negotiators
(Cynthia Haas, Economic Development Director) regarding both price and terms of
payment pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.
