ITEM EXPLANATION: On September 27, 2005, Neal Electric Corp. was awarded a contract in the amount of $298,900 for the Encina Basin Water Reclamation Program Phase II Project: SCADA Integration, Project No. 36753. Neal Electric Corp. completed the work on January 12, 2007. Staff has inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. Staff recommends formal acceptance of the improvements by the Board. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: The approval of a Notice of Completion is a ministerial process and is exempt from the requirements of CEQA pursuant to Section 15268 of the State CEQA Guidelines.
