ITEM EXPLANATION: This informational report provides an update and an explanation regarding water rate increases charged to CMWD by the Metropolitan Water District (MWD) and the SDCWA. FISCAL IMPACT: None with this action; however, escalating water delivery charges will have long term impacts on water rates.
