RECOMMENDED ACTION:
I move that the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District and the City
Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8 to instruct its
negotiators (Skip Hammann, Public Works Director, Bill Plummer, Engineering Manager
and Keith Solar, Buchanan Ingersoll and Rooney) regarding purchase, sale, exchange or
lease of real property located and generally identified as:
