ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Carlsbad municipal golf course known as The Crossings at Carlsbad is nearing completion and is
anticipating announcing the opening in the near future. At the request of the City Council at the July 10,
2007 meeting, staff will provide an update on the status of the opening.
