RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session based on existing
facts and circumstances to discuss pending litigation regarding
Prince Reza Shah pursuant to Government Code section
54956.9(a).
