RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Solicit nominations for, and elect a vice chairperson due to the vacated position.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Due to the resignation of Anna Hopkins there is a vacancy for vice chairperson on the
commission. The term will be from January 2011 through April 2011.
The attached ballot form will be used for the election of the vacated position. After the
nominations have been received and accepted, please write the name of the candidate of your
choice and submit once the vote is called for.
