The painting of the Senior Center is nearly complete. Contractors should complete the project by the
end of the first week of April.
The flooring contract is currently out to bid. Staff expect to award the bid sometime in the next 60
days. All rooms with the exception of the Activity room, Dance studio and Fitness Center will receive
new flooring.
Pine Avenue Community Center and Community Gardens update
The Grand Opening Celebration for the new community center and gardens will be held Saturday, May
19th from 10am to 1pm. In addition to the dedication, activities will include facility tours,
demonstrations, games and activities as well as food.
