Proposed Improvements
• Easing traffic flow for cars, bikes and pedestrians.
• Widening the sidewalk south ofTamarack, including across the bridge.
Moving the bus stop out of the middle of the intersection so it's easier and
safer to use, especially for people with disabilities.
• Designating more space to sit and enjoy the view.
• Creating additional free on-street parking.
• Enhancing the natural beauty of the area, including drought tolerant plants.

Road Options
As part of these improvements, the city has developed three
concepts for the intersection:
• A two lane road with a roundabout
• A three lane road with a traffic signa l
• A four lane road with a traffic signal
