CITY OF CARLSBAD TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION STAFF REPORT COMMITTEE MEETING OF: September 11, 2017 ITEM NO. 5-A LOCATION: Harbor Drive INITIATED BY: Chair Chuck Hunter REQUESTED ACTION: Receive the update report BACKGROUND: As part of a Harbor Drive traffic calming project presentation at the August 7th Traffic Safety Commission meeting Chair Chuck Hunter requested that staff provide an update on the project at the next Traffic Safety Commission meeting.
