Subject: September and November Traffic and Safety Commission Special
Meeting schedule
Recommended Action Approve a schedule for special meetings to be held September 9 and November 4, 2019.
Background
Due to the holiday schedule for Labor Day and Veterans Day, there are conflicts with the
scheduled TSC meetings in September and November. Staff expects to hold a workshop at the
September TSC meeting to develop the Work Plan and recommends holding a special TSC
meeting on September 9, at the City facility - 1635 Faraday Avenue – Room 173A at 5:00 p.m.
Staff recommends holding the November TSC meeting at the regular date of November 4, 2019
but relocating the meeting to the City facility - 1635 Faraday Avenue – Room 173A at 5:00 p.m.
