Review and Approval of Minutes of July 21, 1971.
Approved as submitted.
Leucadia County Water District and Encinitas Sanitation District
Participation - Encina County Water Pollution Facility.
The redraft of the "Fifth Supplement" was discussed. The modi-
fications requested at the previous meeting were discussed and
approved by motion (Asmus-Dunne). It was recommended that the
draft be submitted to the governing bodies of the four owners,
with recommendation for approval.
The method of selection for a design consultant was discussed.
A selection board consisting of Stanley Mahr, Chuck Oldsen,
Hunter Cook, and the managers of Encinitas Sanitation District
and Leucadia County Water District, was directed to submit a
recommendation to the Joint Advisory Committee.
3» Current Expansion Project Status.
Mr. Oldsen advised the Committee that the project is presently
72% complete and is continuing on schedule.
4. Set Date for Next Meeting.
The next meeting will be held September 15, 1971, at 9 a.m.
