Stiles recommended that a specific date be established, giving a
date by which payment must be made; suggests a 15 or 30 day period.

adopt staff recommendation in principal. Leucadia County Water
District will be given special consideration regarding cost. Proposed
plans will be sent out to the industry for wide distribution. Matter
will be further reviewed by staff and a specific program submitted
next meeting.
