City Manager's Conference' Room October 27, 1970 ROLL CALL: APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes of the meeting of September 10, 1970 were approved as amended. Dr. John McGowan was sworn in as Co'mmi s'sioner by the City Clerk. - A motion was made to accept the resignation of Larry Ruff, with regrets. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS: None.
