Meeting was colled to order by Chairman waiters at 7:15 p»M.
Commissloners present were Haerkle^ Jeffers and Soyder,, Also present
were Mr. Owen ana Mr. O'.rber representing the San Diego Gas and Electric
Company8 and the following owners of property on the lagoon;

Chairman Walters asked Secretary Swald to give an oral

Mr. Garber presented a letter from the San Die^o Gas and
Sle^trlo Company objecting to proceedinVJ with the bond iaaue for
acquisition of land at this time9 and requested tiiat the Commission
